We do not use your business data to train general-purpose AI models. Any temporary storage of audio snippets or transcripts follows access controls and deletion schedules.

We do not rely on solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight.

13. Children

The Service is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that data was collected from someone under the age threshold, we will delete it promptly.
